1. Vibrota surface finishing
Vibrota technology is a type of surface finishing system which consists of rubbing one treated element against the other. This technology aims at surface improvement of small elements e.g. metal castings, machine parts and elements made of wood and textile
The method is mainly used for surface trimming. Unlike traditional ways of trimming vibrota technology guarantees complex and full trimming of the treated element’s surface. It also protects steel elements from corrosion owing to suitable technological means.
Vibrota technology is suitable for:
• polishing and cleaning,
• surface improvement,
• burnishing,
• smoothing,
• deburring and radiusing,
• derusting.
The method allows to work on small metal, wooden and textile elements.
We use wheel vibrator as well as technological means produced by a german company RÖSSLER.

2. Spark erosion treatment by means of dowelling machine
The treatment serves as spark erosion cutting method of any shape within the XY axle, in materials which conduct electricity (steel, aluminium, copper).
The method is characterized by high-precision treatment (precision of positioning amounts to 0,02 mm) which enables to use elements of piercing dies, tools ad forms for production. Any additional treatment of cutting surface is unnecessary. Dowelling is possible in highly alloyed steel, after heat or chemical treatment.
We offer our customers creation of details on the basis of pictures, designs or patterns the maximum size of 400 x 500 mm.
