Purple Turtle started as a children’s book imprint of Aadarsh Pvt. Ltd. and was transformed to a gender neutral pre-school character for global audience. Looking at the amazing response, more than 100 books were launched at Frankfurt Book Fair,2012. Within the span of just two years, Purple Turtle books became popular with children as well as parents. As a result, licenses were sold in USA, UK, South Africa, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Turkey, China and four regional languages in India. Purple Turtle’s pilot episode has won an award at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival. Dada Saheb Phalke is known as the father of Indian cinema.
